reward deserving women students in computer
science, and inspire them to become active participants and leaders in creating technology.
[Jan 2008] Xuanhui Wang has received the 2008-2009 Yahoo! Ph.D. Student Fellowship,
which
"recognizes outstanding graduate student researchers" who are believed to "have exceptional potential to make significant contributions and become thought leaders in their research fields."
